“Doing Me.”
…That is, in part, a foreign concept for me. Although everyone important to me suggested I take a break from school, I had to come to this realization on my own, which was so hard. In my mind putting me first meant continuing to peruse an education, but really after considering all the things I have going on I knew this was not the best choice.
Now that I have had some free time I have been able to truly do a few things for myself. I have been able to craft and create fun things thanks to my Cricut (courtesy of my amazing fiancé), eat healthier and test out new recipes, and I even made the decision to try juicing. Lastly though, I have started ballroom dancing again!!

AHHHHH!! I can’t believe it took me so long to do this. I mean, understandably so as I kind of had a lot good on with health school, the furbabies, the move, my handsome man….you get the picture, but I have now realized that ballroom is something I need to make time for. I am really hoping that the stem cells give me more energy to do just that, make time for dance!

I am so grateful for my teacher Ramon; he pushes me way harder than I expected, but he makes me sweat while having a good time. It’s great!
I had an hour and a half lesson today and it just made me feel good, so I decided to gush about it a little. Dr. Michael says living and enjoying life also helps stem cells and thankfully I am doing just that!
So, “do you” everyone! It feels good!
