Hi Everyone,
I know it’s been a while since I have written anything. Things have been pretty busy with graduate school, my internship, wedding planning, and just life in general. On the plus side, I have been able to get everything done despite a few rough days here and there. My pain and fatigue are still there but I have more good days than bad, which is awesome!
I have lost almost 7lbs as well! I have not been able to lose weight in over 3 years no matter how hard I’ve tried. I think this pleasant change is due to the combination of the stems and supplements Dr. Michael has me on. My stomach is still on the mends, but I do know this is due to my diet. I do try my best to stay away from foods that make things worse, but in reality, with a schedule like I have, it’s extremely difficult. I started my thymus shots this past week (2 down and 8 to go). I try to take them when I don’t have to go to work and wake up early the next day due to the fact that they make me pretty tired.
Tyler and I were able to travel home to the Bahamas for a week last month. It was great! My mom threw us an engagement party and surprised me by flying my maid of honor down. It’s typically very hard to surprise me and I really had no idea. We all got to spend a lot of time outside soaking up some vitamin D and it felt so nice after the longgg winter we have had in Maine. Seeing my family was amazing even though it makes it a little harder for me coming back.
All in all, I am continuing to see improvements and I’m hopeful the bad days will become less and less. Sorry, I have been MIA for so long. I will try to write again soon.

It was great having you and Tyler here . Tyler may be traumatized by our very larrge lively family lol. The wedding shower took lots of planning and assistance by many. And so it begins. Much more fun times to come this year
